Buy those hawaiian punch things I was talking about. They are 0 calories and really good. I gave up my diet rootbeer for them, lol. And I LOOOOVE me some soda. Maybe look into getting a walk away the pounds dvd. It's easy, but definitely works up a sweat. She talks to you the whole time while you're walking to keep you motivated. She has different mile walks, so you can start off with the shortest and go from there.
